Our story

The Quest for Femininity is a sanctuary for ideas that last — an intuitive think tank for individuals and organizations overwhelmed by the pace and complexity of today’s world, seeking to act and build from a place of stillness, connected to themselves and to nature, to awaken and co-create a new world — together.

In a world increasingly driven by technology, speed, and disconnection, we create spaces — through retreats, workshops, and community — for people to reconnect with their true nature, awaken their inner wisdom, and reclaim a more balanced, soulful way of living and working. We gather in wild places, where ideas are born under the stars, and visions are nourished by birdsong, silence, and the grounding embrace of the earth.
Together, we awaken to the new world.

🌿 A world that cherishes nature over technology.
🌱 A world that redefines sustainability as co-nature living.
💼 A world that reframes business as a form of service for the greater good.
💫 A world that reconnects us to our primal instincts and natural rhythms.
🌕 A world that honors the cycle of the moon — life’s ever-changing flow — as a contrast to constant performance.
🕊️ A world that supports liberation from societal conditioning and outdated roles.
🌸 A world that nurtures community over competition, connection over separation.
🤝 A world that embraces the nurturing essence within each of us, and channels it into meaningful service.
⚖️ A world that balances the feminine and masculine energies — within ourselves and throughout the world.

🌍 A world rooted in love, peace, and compassion.
A world we are here to remember, reclaim, and co-create — together.

Welcome to the Quest.
Welcome to the New World. 🌍

Why The Quest for Femininity?

Our founder, Urša Hribernik, came to a realization at one point during her successful career in technology and business: despite all the achievements, she wasn’t fulfilled. Inner emptiness, confusion, and anxiety about the values she had strived for—hard work, success, globalization—left her feeling drained.

She traveled to an ashram in India, and during her stay, one of the insights she received was The Quest for Femininity. At first, she believed it was meant as encouragement for women to rediscover their feminine energy within the predominantly masculine world of business.

She then took a sabbatical for self-work and reflection in a small village in the Alps, choosing not to fly for a year. This time—free from major distractions—helped her guide The Quest for Femininity toward an even deeper meaning: to help build a new world based on more balanced feminine and masculine principles.

Through retreats, workshops, and online academy, she now encourages others to act and build from a place of stillness, connected to themselves and to nature, to awaken and co-create a new world — together.
